Wife, mother, teacher, traveler and always the first one on the dance floor, movement has been an important part of Pamela's life for as long as she can remember. Born in Florida and educated between Australia and England, she grew up in dance and gymnastics and has been teaching yoga and Pilates for over a decade. Pamela studied with an array of well-respected, master teachers and continues her quest to grow and evolve as a student, teacher and human being. In her former life, she was a swimwear designer with work featured in publications such as Shape, Cosmopolitan, Sports Illustrated, InStyle, and Mademoiselle. Her eye for detail and love of creative exploration are woven into her teaching style and she loves to mix things up! Pamela draws inspiration from a variety of movement methods to develop intelligent, accessible classes that blend form, fun and flow. When not working, you'll find Pamela traveling the globe, exploring circus arts with her teenage daughter, and getting creative in the kitchen.
Sue began her study of the Pilates Method in 1998. She holds two Comprehensive Certifications. Core Dynamics Pilates in 2000 and Power Pilates in 2006. Sue feels fortunate to have hours of Continuing education with world class teachers: Kathi Ross-Nash, Ron Fletcher, Michelle Larson, Bob Liekins, Elizabeth Larkam, Julian Littleford, Kevin Bowen, and more. "Pilates is a metaphor for life! It's my work, my hobby, my way of being. I honor each individual I get to share this wonderful work with. One of my favorite things about Pilates is, that when our mind is fully engaged, focused and we are very present; for that 50 minutes or however long the session lasts, you leave mentally refreshed, energized and ready to tackle your daily life."
As a former dancer, Tori has always been interested in movement. During her college years she was able to explore exercise from a scientific perspective in academic classes as well as an applied perspective as a yoga & dance instructor. Always looking for a new way to move, Tori was delighted at the opportunity to take Club Pilates Teacher Training Program as she strongly believes in the motto Do Pilates. Do Life. She loves the feeling of freedom in her body after taking a Pilates class and hopes to share that with her students.
