My approach to mediation is simple, to help both parties craft the best agreement possible that addresses their individual and unique circumstances – not one imposed by a judge. As a neutral and impartial non lawyer mediator, my role is to facilitate communication and to assist the parties explore options that will lead to a workable and realistic solution to their dispute. Confidentiality is a hallmark of the process. Mediation is quicker and less expensive than retaining an attorney. Depending upon the type of case, the dispute might be resolved within just a few hours of mediation.
